Player One provides solutions to rights holder problems around fan engagement, unlocking global fanbases and helping them to become commercially sustainable by putting the Fans First.  Why? Because the only way to achieve that IS to put Fans First, to give them access and opportunities, to make them feel loved and heard.

Our XR world is a connected, commutable world of the biggest names in sport, entertainment and consumer/lifestyle brands where fans can roam, connect and socialise with each other, and experience and engage with their heroes like never before from anywhere in the world, at any time.  Beginning with football, each team within the Player One world has their own 'Utopia', with stunning, immersive, gamified digital twins of their iconic stadia the beating heart of each.  Here fans can enjoy a plethora of events, experiences, games, content, fan participation and more that makes their heroes, and their venues, accessible; that deepens the fan relationship and allows fans to feel included, heard, valued and reward; that doesn't just put community at the heart of fandom but elevates it beyond what the real world, and social media, allows; and which, ultimately, democratises fandom.

We capture each stadium, and other relevant properties, in stunning photorealism using a mix of 3D Gaussian Splatting, LiDAR and 8K Stereoscopic, and volumetric and motion capture of players, legends and stars, and use the cutting edge technologies to deliver a fan experience unlike any other.  And we have exclusive access to groundbreaking, world-first and newly patented immersive audio technology for our sectors (sport, sports streaming and virtual concerts in digitally created virtual environments and games), meaning not only does it look and feel like you're in the real-world stadium, but sound like it too!

Technologies

OUR MODEL.

Player One are B2B2C. We are not a traditional 'commercial partner' in the usual sporting sense.  We are a service provider and value add, though we do work in proper, meaningful and proactive partnership with our clients/partners.  We create each rights holder's 'Utopia' within the Player One XR platform - their own 'world' within our world.  We do the heavy lifting, take care of the delivery, the maintenance, support, uptime, you name it, whilst making it easy for rights holders to take some ownership of the delivery of some events and content. 

We don't pay the usual huge advance fees and minimum guaranteed revenues, because we invest millions over the term of a contract to deliver what is each rights holders own product.  We probably should charge, but we know that's a mental barrier to many within sport!  Instead, we operate a very generous revenue share model, with more than 20 sustainable new 'always on' revenue streams and, once we've had a couple of years of established revenue for each rights holder we will provide a generous, but sensible, minimum guaranteed revenue (MGR).  We don't ask for much in return.  Nothing in the way of inventory and merchandise, other than what each rights holder can offer to their own fans as prizes and rewards. The right to build and manage this for the rights holder and for promotional activities across all rights holder platforms, supplemented by our own.  It's the rights holder's 'world', after all, and the more they promote to their own fans the more revenue they will make.

 

Model

OUR PROGRESS.

The Player One XR World is currently in development and our MVP will be delivered, in 2D on all modern smart devices, smart TVs, laptops, PCs and games consoles, and on all VR headsets in 6-8 months.  We have LOIs with 9 of the biggest football clubs in the world, plus an icon of the game, to be included in our MVP and 'launch phase' product, as well as a substantial pipeline across sport and entertainment.
