Invest in Player One

Player One has bootstrapped its way to prototypes, product in development and more than a dozen communications of intent from several of the biggest names in football and other sports.

We then raised enough to deliver our MVP - ZONE 1: FANZONE, which will complete development in April 2026, before 'pilot' activation and delivery as a fully commercial, revenue generating product with rights holders in Summer 2026/the 26/17 football season. ZONE 1: FANZONE, which itself will a connected, commutable open world of the biggest names in sport, will be integrated in to the full ZONE 1 World product, due in 2027, with each rights holder FANZONE blending with their own stadium-based ZONE.

We are presently raising funds to contract with some of the biggest rights holders in the world, and to deliver customised FANZONE products for each rights holder, to sit within ZONE 1: FANZONE and, in time, the ZONE 1 World product.

Our ultra conservative revenue projections support scalability from the launch of ZONE 1: FANZONE, however we are raising to expedite scalability via the contracting into ZONE 1: FANZONE of the biggest names in sport and entertainment. Upon closing of this round, Player One will subsequently seek to raise additional funds to enable us to deliver the full ZONE 1 World product in 2027.

What We Are Looking For

At this stage, Player One is looking to raise between £350K and £650K. What has been raised thus far has enabled us to deliver ZONE 1: FANZONE. We are now raising to deliver customised FANZONES for up to 6 football clubs from whom we have communications of intent. The clubs we have intent from have more than 1.6B fans, illustrating the scope of the Player One business, even with ultra conservative projections. We are creating something revolutionary which will fundamentally change sport and entertainment, unlocking global fanbases, enhancing engagement, elevating experiences and providing commercial sustainability for rights holders.

STATUS: MVP COMPLETE APRIL 2026

Our MVP, ZONE 1: FANZONE, is nearly ready. This product will be complete in April 2026 and ready for 'pilot' activation before the end of the 25/26 football season. It will subsequently be delivered as a commercial product, on long terms contracts with major rights holders, from Summer 2026. This product will become integrated into the full ZONE 1 World product in 2027.

This gives Player One a duplicatable product which can be easily, and cost effectively, customised, modified and delivered for multiple rights holders, creating a smaller scale connected 'world' for sport and entertainment from which we can build a very profitable and scalable business in its own right, and from which we can fund/raise for the development of the full ZONE 1 World, into which ZONE 1: FANZONE will be integrated in 2027, as well as contract with major rights holders.

TRACTION: MORE THAN A DOZEN OF THE BIGGEST NAMES IN SPORT, WITH AN AUDIENCE OF MORE THAN 1.6 BILLION FANS

Player One has communications of intent from more than a dozen of the biggest names in sport, mostly major football clubs, with an aggregated fanbase of more than 1.6 billion.

We are also in advanced negotiations with several more.

We expect to conclude our first contracts with rights holders, for ZONE 1: FANZONE, from April/May 2026.

Target Raise: £650K*

With our MVP, ZONE 1: FANZONE complete and delivered in April 2026, a raise of £650K** will allow Player One to develop and deliver customised FANZONES with multiple additional rights holders from our pipeline of AIP clubs/sports in a connected ZONE 1: FANZONE product, a smaller version of the full ZONE 1 World product, into which the FANZONES will be integrated in 2027.

Raised to Date: £150K*

£150K of our £650K target has been raised from an Angel Investor.
