Invest in Player One

Player One has bootstrapped its way to prototypes, product in development and communications of intent from several of the biggest names in football. We are presently in our Seed funding round to contract with those rights holders, complete development of our XR World and launch it in 6-8 months.

We intend this to be our only raise. Our ultra conservative revenue projections support scalability and we have multiple offers of matched funding from Venture Debt. Our position may change however, we intend to fund future growth from revenue or debt. This means no dilution, making investing in Player One a very attractive proposition.

What We Are Looking For

Player One is looking to raise between £3M and £5M. These numbers are significant for a startup, but when you get to understand the scope and scale of what we are doing, who we are working with, the size of our audience and our revenue projections, which although ultra-conservative, are substantial. The football clubs from whom we have communications of intent, alone have more than 1.6B fans. We are creating something revolutionary which will fundamentally change sport and entertainment, unlocking global fanbases, enhancing engagement, elevating experiences and providing commercial sustainability for rights holders.

Raised: £2.15M/$2.9M*

Player One has agreed terms on £2.15M/$2.9M* of funding from Angel Investors, with funds to be deployed at the beginning of November 2025. This is enough to complete development and deliver our MVP with two Tier 1 European Football Clubs in 6-8 months, with additional Clubs contracted.

Target Raise: £3M/$4M*

Achieving a raise of £3M/$4M will allow Player One to complete development of our MVP and include at least 6 clubs in our launch phase. Our ultra- conservative revenue projections are based on this scenario.

Maximum Raise: £5M/$6.7M*

£5M will allow Player One to include as many as 10-12 of the clubs from whom we have communications of intent in our launch phase and expedite our music industry activations.
